The first homes at the new Fletton Folly development at Great Haddon have begun to take shape.
Fletton Folly forms part of the early phase of the Great Haddon development, which sits close to the A1M and A15. The site has been earmarked for 5350 new homes, as well as four new schools, three shopping centres and sports facilities.
Fletton Folly, located on the southern fringes of the city at Yaxley will comprise of 347 new homes, including 114 affordable homes and 117 for private rental.
There will be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
Developers Countryside have said that the development will have new schools, parks, water features and other community amenities all within convenient walking distance.
The first homes at the site are currently available to purchase and are listed online.
