The A47 was closed after a crash.

The road was closed in both directions between the A141 (Guyhirn) and A1101 (Wisbech) junctions due to a collision.

Police attended with a diversion of 30 minutes put in place.

Motorists were being told to avoid the area.

Highways England said the road closure was due to a crash, while Cambridgeshire police said it was due to an ongoing incident.

No further information is currently available.

The road was closed on Monday evening and re-opened at around 4am on Tuesday.
