Man due in court charged with handbag theft
A man is due in court today charged with stealing a handbag from a car in Peterborough.
Lukas Vaidas, 22, of no fixed address, was arrested in Bourges Boulevard yesterday.
He has since been charged theft and will appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today.
