Peterborough council elections 2019: Deputy leader comfortably holds on in West ward

Council deputy leader Wayne Fitzgerald comfortably held onto his seat in West ward.

The cabinet member for integrated adult social care and health, a councillor since 2006, took more than 50 per cent of the vote for the Conservatives.

West ward has two Tory councillors.
