Serious two vehicle collision on Peterborough parkway - drivers told to avoid area

Police have warned drivers to avoid the Frank Perkins Parkway near the Eye Roundabout in Peterborough following a serious accident this morning.

Police said on social media: “Due to an RTC, A1139 at Junction 8 Paston and Frank Perkins Parkway, delays possible. Please avoid the area.”

Two cars have been seriously damaged and emergency services are at the scene.
