A reduced speed limit on the Frank Perkins Parkway is set to remain for another month.

Sections of the road between the Boongate junction and Eye Roundabout have been reduced to 50mph and 40mph over recent weeks.

Peterborough City Council said this is a “safety measure” while the ‘crash barrier’ in the central reservation is replaced.

A spokesperson added: “The works are scheduled to continue until the end of March 2021.”
