A driver in Peterborough was given a community resolution after cannabis was found in his car.

At about 5.30pm yesterday (Tuesday) officers stopped a vehicle in Bourges Boulevard that police said was seen driving erratically.

The officers searched the vehicle and in the glovebox found a quantity of the drug that was worth about £50.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “A 21-year-old man was spoken to by the officers and the matter was dealt with by means of a community resolution. The drugs were seized.”
