Peterborough sex offender charged with breaching court order
A registered sex offender is due in court today (Wednesday 14 October) charged with breaching a court order.
Carmo Soriano, 19, of no fixed address, was arrested in Peterborough yesterday morning on suspicion of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) imposed on him following convictions for child sexual offences.
He has since been charged with two counts of breaching a SHPO, specifically using a device to access the internet without notifying police.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today.
