Peterborough sex offender jailed after breaching court order
Nicholas Waters, 36, was handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) in 2017 after he made and distributed indecent images of children.
The order prevents him from owning any device that can access the internet, unless it can be subject to stringent checks by police.

Officers searched his bedroom and found two undisclosed games consoles with internet access, as-well-as two Amazon Kindles in the wardrobe.
Waters claimed the Kindles were a gift, and he had forgotten about them, but he was arrested on suspicion of breaching his SHPO.
Waters, of no fixed address, admitted breaching the terms of his SHPO and was sentenced to six months in prison yesterday (Monday 7 September) at Peterborough Crown Court.
