Peterborough Sports’ eagerly-anticipated New Year’s Day derby at Kettering Town has been postponed.

A waterlogged pitch at Latimer Park put paid to Sports’ hopes of gaining revenge for a Boxing Day National League North defeat at home to the Poppies.

Sports are next in action at home to Southport on January 7.
