At a time when people need a little inner peace, the Drolma Buddhist Centre in Peterborough has launched a series of online mediation classes and courses.

With the current coronavirus outbreak affecting everyone, it is more important than ever for people to look after their mental as well as physical well-being.

So the centre, on Dogsthorpe Road, is offering four weekly online meditation classes with something for everyone, run by resident teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Rak-ma.
