Armed police search house as street is sealed off in Spalding
A 23-year-old was arrested after a street in Spalding was sealed off while armed police dealt with a domestic incident at a house on Saturday night.
Police were called to Queens Road shortly before 7pm after they received reports of an argument which was feared to have involved a weapon, but the man was later released from police custody.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “There was an armed deployment in response to a report that an altercation was taking place and that, potentially, a weapon may be involved.
“A 23 year-old man was arrested and later released without charge and no weapon was recovered.
