Man arrested for ‘smashing up’ Whittlesey Nisa store

A man has been arrested on suspicion of smashing up the Nisa store in Victory Avenue, Whittlesey.

Officers from Fenland and Peterborough were called to the store last night (Friday) after receiving a 999 call.

A man has now been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage.

He has been taken to Thorpe Wood Police Station and an investigation is underway.
