Fiqiret Selmanaj charged with producing class B drugs

A man is due in court today (Thursday) after police officers discovered a cannabis factory in Peterborough.

The Neighbourhood Support Team (NST) carried out a warrant in Crabtree, Paston, yesterday afternoon where they found the grow of 91 plants worth up to about £76,440.

Fiqiret Selmanaj, (25), of Crabtree, was arrested and has since been charged with producing cannabis and abstracting electricity.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court today.
