PETERBOROUGH CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS: Strong Labour showing in East

Labour put in a strong performance to comfortably win East ward.

Samantha Hemraj made sure the party kept the seat. She said: "I'm happy to represent the people that I live win and hopefully make a difference with (fellow East ward councillor) Cllr Mahabadi."
